  • Job Candidate: An applicant for employment with Arc
  • Contractor/Partner: A vendor or service provider engaged by Arc

1. Important Note for End-Users

If you are an End-User: You are using Arc Services through a Customer (your employer, school, or organization). Your Customer controls how your information is collected and used. Arc acts as a data processor on behalf of your Customer. If you have questions about your information or want to exercise your rights, please contact your Customer directly, as they manage your account and privacy requests.

Your Customer is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from you to use Arc Services.

Information You Provide Directly

Contact Information: When you contact us through our website, email, or other forms, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, title, phone number, and any message content you provide.

Service Information: If you engage with Arc Applied, Arc Learning Intelligence Platform, or Arc Strata, we collect information related to your use of these services, including your organization's learning data, performance data, and implementation details.

Communications: We collect information when you email us, respond to surveys, or participate in webinars or events.

Information Collected Automatically

Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors interact with our Site. This includes pages visited, time spent, referral sources, and general location data (city, country level).

When Customers make online purchases through Arc's website, payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card data. Payments are processed by:

Customers: Data related to Arc Applied, Arc LIP, or Arc Strata engagements is retained per our service agreements and as required by law (typically up to 7 years for financial/tax records).

End-Users: Your Customer controls retention of End-User data. Please contact your Customer for information about their retention practices.

Communications: Email communications are retained for business record purposes unless you request deletion.

Once retention periods expire, we will delete or anonymize your information. If deletion is not possible (e.g., backup archives), we will securely isolate it from further processing.
